Legal Consultation

Avoid attorney fees and court costs. As expert witness of the Hazardous Material Regulations of the U.S. DOT we mitigate proposed civil penalties to reduce or eliminate them by providing liaison between your company and the DOT (in the event the General Counsel of the DOT files a “Proposed Civil Penalty”).

We interpret the regulations and assist you with legal actions. This division of DGA can also help you set up your warehouse facilities and storage preparations. In essence, we assist with the interpretations of the mandatory requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation and International regulations for the proper preparation and a safe transport of hazardous materials.
